All Velvére garments purchased directly from velvereofficial.com are eligible within 1 year of purchase date.
Is there a repair limit?
There is no limit on the number of repairs within your 1-year Restore™ validity period.
How long does it take?
We aim to collect within 24 hours and return your garment fully restored within 7 days.
I'm outside Dubai — can I still use Restore™?
Currently covers the UAE only. International shipping is not included.
What if the damage isn't covered?
We'll assess every garment individually. If damage falls outside the programme scope, we'll contact you with options before proceeding.
