1. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — UAE only
  • Tabby (interest-free instalments)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. V E L V É R E is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Site. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

5. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified:
