We want you to love every Velvère piece. If you are not completely satisfied, our simple 30-day return policy is here for you. Please read the conditions below before submitting your request.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging where possible.
- Sale items, discounted pieces, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and underwear are non-returnable.
How to Return
- Email info@velvereofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack your items securely and ship them using the instructions provided.
- We recommend a tracked shipping method. Velvère is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and specify your desired replacement. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@velvereofficial.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
UAE & GCC Customers
For UAE and GCC-based customers, returns can be arranged via our local courier partner. Our team will advise on collection options when you contact us.
