At Velvère, we are committed to delivering your activewear as quickly and reliably as possible.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery (UAE): 2–5 business days
- Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery (Dubai): Available for select areas, subject to order time and availability
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over AED 200
- A flat-rate shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders under AED 200
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Velvère is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, public holidays, customs).
Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
